Argentina’s national team has been a top global side for two generations. Wherever the Argentine fan base travels, they bring a tournament atmosphere that’s its own thing — songs, drums, color, presence. For the summer 2026 international tournament window, that fan base is coming to Kansas City for at least one group-stage match at GEHA Field at Arrowhead Stadium.
We rent mobility scooters and wheelchairs to fans traveling with the squad — older parents, grandparents, traveling family with mobility limits, and fans recovering from surgery who refused to skip the match. This page is for you.
How match-day works for Argentina-supporting fans
The standard summer-2026 match-day plan applies, with a couple of Argentina-specific notes:
- Scooter delivery — to your Kansas City hotel, before your check-in window, tagged with your name. You take possession at arrival. We do not deliver to the stadium.
- Hotel to stadium — via Connect KC 26 (the official regional motorcoach network), which has 15 hubs across the metro and lift-equipped buses that accept mobility scooters. See the Connect KC 26 mobility hub guide.
- At the stadium — accessible entry, accessible seating sections, scooter parks beside your seat. The stadium has its own mobility guide.
- Return trip — the same in reverse. Plan extra time on the return — a 70,000-fan stadium emptying through the same drop-off zones takes time.
For Argentina match attendees specifically:
- Spanish-language support is on call at 913-775-1098. We route Spanish-language inquiries to a Spanish-speaking team member during business hours. The Spanish-language version of the pillar page is at /alquiler-scooter-movilidad-futbol-internacional-kansas-city-verano-2026.
- Hotels with strong Argentina-fan presence will be booked early in the Crown Center, downtown, and Plaza clusters. Lock your hotel before your scooter, and reserve the scooter the moment the hotel is confirmed.
- Atmosphere considerations — Argentine away crowds are loud, joyful, and dense. If you or someone in your party is sound-sensitive, plan for ear protection. Accessible-seating sections offer the same atmosphere with seated companions and slightly more space.
The fan zone at the WWI Museum is a fixture for Argentine fans
Tournament soccer fan zones become one of the social centers of the tournament — especially for fan bases like Argentina’s. The Kansas City fan zone runs at the National WWI Museum and Memorial on the bluff above Union Station for the duration of the tournament. For Argentina-supporting fans, expect dense crowds on match days and the day before.
The hill is the accessibility consideration. From accessible parking, the streetcar at Union Station, or any Crown Center hotel, the route up to the museum plaza involves either the elevator inside Union Station + the bridge, or a longer outdoor approach up the hill. With a scooter, both are workable.
Best hotel positions for Argentina-match attendees
Crown Center — Westin, Sheraton, Hotel Kansas City. Streetcar to Plaza for dinner, Link skywalk to Union Station for the fan zone, walkable Connect KC 26 hub. The most utilitarian cluster for a multi-day tournament stay.
Downtown / Crossroads — Loews, KC Marriott Downtown, Hilton President, Hotel Indigo, Hotel Savoy. Streetcar-connected, walking distance to Power & Light District nightlife, walkable Connect KC 26 hub. Good for fans whose nights extend beyond the match.
Plaza-area — Sheraton Suites Plaza, KC Marriott Plaza, InterContinental, Embassy Suites Plaza, Cascade, Fontaine, Raphael, Truitt. Streetcar-extension access to downtown and Crown Center. Good for fans who want the upscale shopping/dining district as the home base.
